Investors.....

We are always looking for investors, there are three (3) different types that currently fit the programs we offer:

1. Considerable Credit Score Investors' (e.g. 700+) with income and preferably some type of assets.
   
2. Those that have lend able cash for investment purposes. $1 million to $5 Million in increments.
3. We also sell houses with equity in them. This you can use as an investment property, vacation home and/or 2nd home.

1. If you qualify for one of our "Foreclosure Prevention™" programs as an investor, you will help save a family's home from foreclosure and in the process will be paid $7500.00 to $10,000.00. Your risk will be managed by escrowing payments on your behalf to protect your credit.
2. Using your cash we can possibly return you up to 10% on your cash investment (better than the stock market).
3. For properties that you may buy with equity in them. You will be saving someone from loosing their home to foreclosure and sometimes simply get a great deal.
